These are adult social venues. The word “sauna” alone does not mean a hotel spa or a wellness circuit. Check each venue’s admission conditions before travelling.

Choosing between the venues
Paraíso: check the specific day
The website lists a pool, dry sauna and steam room. Its schedule combines Tuesday–Friday hours with continuous Friday–Monday opening. We do not interpret this as round-the-clock opening every day. Confirm Friday’s price too. Telephone: +34 915 22 58 99.
Octopus: prices vary by day
The operator describes it as a bear sauna. The table uses its ordinary rates, not the May 2025 promotion still displayed on the page. Telephone: +34 914 45 17 88.
Beach: a weekday offer is not the everyday rate
Tuesday and weekend prices differ considerably. Weekday offers exclude holidays and their eves. The page checked did not establish a clear weekly opening schedule. Telephone: +34 914 45 64 22.
Center: check the address and offer’s time window
This venue is at Valverde, 32, a different address from Beach. Its website lists Finnish and Turkish saunas and a bar. Although it advertises 24-hour opening, it also warns of possible holiday or event changes. Check an offer’s conditions before entering.
Sauna Príncipe: not currently verified
It appeared in our previous selection. We could not establish its current status through an accessible official source, and directories disagree. We therefore neither list it as a confirmed option nor declare it closed. Avoid planning a visit solely from old listings.
Six questions before paying
- What is the final price now? Is there an event surcharge?
- Are a locker, towel, sandals or drink included? Are there deposits?
- Is there a time limit or permission to leave and return?
- What identification and admission conditions apply?
- Are the facilities you want to use available?
- If you need step-free access, can you reach changing rooms, showers and other areas without barriers?
These are questions to ask, not inclusions guaranteed everywhere. Respect other people’s consent and privacy, and do not photograph them. Speak to reception about any concern.
Planning the journey
Center’s contact page lists Gran Vía, Chueca and Tribunal as nearby stations and requires an ID card or passport for admission by adults aged 18 or over. Plan with the exact street address and check your return transport before staying late. A 24-hour venue does not mean the Metro runs all night.

Not necessarily. Check the venue type and admission rules; appearing in the same search does not make them interchangeable.
